Can you work with a long-term contract?
Is it possible to get a skill-specific talent for my business?
YES! Initially, we will review each of our available talent's profiles to determine if he or she fits the tasks needed by the client. Otherwise, we will hire someone externally who has relevant experience. The client also has the option to take part in the acquisition process through an interview.
Should I pay upfront?
That depends on what kind of service you need. For example, if you want a website creation service, you need to pay upfront. On the other hand, for staffing services like cold callers, we will ask for a set-up fee of **$200 to 300 per month (depending on the preferred software), and we will charge the client weekly for the hours of work of each staff member.
** Set-up fee is waived if the client will provide necessary tools such as dialers, CRM, etc.
Are the staffs working together in one place?
The short answer is HYBRID. We do have members who are working on-site and at their homes. Nonetheless, we make sure that the remote staff meet our minimum equipment requirements, such as a standard noise-cancelling headset and a backup, acceptable internet speed, a quiet workplace, etc.
If the project involves sales and other data-sensitive campaigns, staff are required to work on-site.
