Hiring someone can be expensive, especially for start-ups. Employers are required to abide by the minimum wage set and pay for the benefits of an employee. Professionals and small business owners will use our talents as a service rather than as employees. We are designed as an additional useful tool for you and for your business and are classified differently from an employee, who is entitled to some benefits.

Our operations are taking place in the Philippines, as most of the US-based company's customer support is from (Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, etc.), which also means that the labor costs are cheaper yet more efficient. Our talents offer a 40-hour work week, equivalent to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, that starts at $5/hour (depending on the tasks needed). We do not usually tie our clients to a long-term contract because we understand that some of the tasks needed can be done in a short period of time; however, we have set a minimum of at least a 1-month service subscription.

Currently, we handle multi-task VA services for professionals, appointment-setting services that include cold-calling, calendar management, and email tasks for accounting and brokerage firms, customer service and chat support for waste disposal and HVAC businesses, and some non-voice campaigns that are all US-based.
